These terms are the agreement between you and JS³ SmartDNS when you use our smart DNS service. By creating an account or paying for a package, you accept them. In short: one personal address, on the devices your package covers, used lawfully.
1The service
JS³ SmartDNS gives you a personal DNS address. When you set it on your device, supported Bangladeshi apps, such as mobile banking and calling apps, reach their servers through our network in Bangladesh, while everything else goes directly. It is not a VPN: it does not hide or change your internet connection.
2Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- The details you give us (name, email, phone, country) must be true, and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your password.
3Packages, payment and activation
- The price, the number of days and the number of devices are shown before you pay.
- You pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer and send us the transaction ID (TrxID). We check each payment and switch your package on, usually within minutes.
- A package runs for its number of days from the moment it is switched on. It does not renew by itself: you choose when to renew.
- We may change prices for the future; a package you have already paid for keeps its price.
4Your address and devices
- Your address is personal. A package works on the number of devices it covers; using it on more may stop it working.
- If you think someone else is using your address, reset it from your account.
5Fair and lawful use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law of the country you are in, or of Bangladesh;
- commit fraud, or get into accounts that are not yours;
- attack, overload or try to break into our systems or anyone else's;
- resell the service without a reseller agreement with us.
We may suspend or close an account that does, without a refund.
6Apps we do not own
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Alaap, DIAL, Brilliant and the other apps belong to their own companies, and we are not affiliated with them. They can change how they work at any time. We work to keep them working, but we cannot promise that every app will always work, and you remain bound by each app's own terms.
7Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance, or problems outside our control: your mobile network, your internet provider, or the app's own servers.
8Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
9Liability
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current package. We are not responsible for losses caused by the apps themselves, your device or your network.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced on the website or by email.
11Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly that way.
